A sealed PDF and an audit certificate for every completion
Legally relevant events are written to an append-only log that application code cannot edit or delete. At completion the signed PDF is written as a new immutable file, and the audit certificate travels with it.
- Append-only logSent, viewed, code verified, signed, declined, completed. Each with a timestamp and a tamper-evident record of the signer and their connection.
- Immutable sealed PDFA completed document is never overwritten. A new copy is generated and the original upload is kept separately.
