How to get an NDA signed online.

1. 1. Finalise the NDA as a PDFFill in the party names and the effective date before you export. Bleinks does not edit the document text, only adds fields.
2. 2. Upload and add both partiesAdd the other party's name and email, and add yourself as the second signer if the NDA is mutual.
3. 3. Place signature, name and date fieldsOne set per party, usually on the last page. Assign each set to the right person.

5. 5. Keep the sealed copyWhen both have signed, download the sealed PDF and the audit certificate and file them with the project.
