How to sign a document from a link.
No account, no app, no password. Here is what you will see.
- 1. Open the emailThe sender's name is in the subject. The button in the email opens your personal signing link. It only works for you and only for this document.
- 2. Confirm the codeBleinks emails a short one-time code. Enter it to prove the link was opened by the person it was sent to. This check is recorded in the audit trail.
- 3. Review the documentRead the PDF exactly as the sender prepared it. On a phone, pinch to zoom. Nothing is hidden behind a login.
- 4. SignTap each highlighted field. Draw your signature with a finger or mouse, or type your name in a signature style. Fill any dates, initials or text fields assigned to you.
- 5. FinishPress finish. If you are the last signer, the document is sealed straight away and everyone receives the completed PDF. Otherwise it waits for the others.
- 6. Keep your copyDownload the sealed PDF and the audit certificate from the completion page or the email. You do not need an account to do this.
