How to send a PDF for signature.

Six steps. Most people finish the first one in under two minutes.

  1. 1. Export to PDFFrom Word, Pages or Google Docs, export the final document as a PDF. Bleinks only accepts PDF, and checks the file really is one.
  2. 2. Sign in and uploadGo to app.bleinks.com, create a free account or sign in with Google, and drop the PDF onto the upload area. It is scanned for malware and then rendered in the editor.
  3. 3. Add your signersEnter each recipient's name and email. Free plans allow one signer; Pro allows four and Business ten.
  4. 4. Place the fieldsDrag a signature field to where the signature goes, and a date field beside it. Add initials, text or checkboxes if the document needs them. Assign each field to a signer.
  5. 5. SendPress send. Each signer receives an email with their own single-use link. You can resend from the dashboard at any time.
  6. 6. Track and downloadWatch the status change from sent to viewed to completed. When the last person signs, download the sealed PDF and the audit certificate. Signers get their copy too.
